As a dedicated operational executive, Bravis has spent the last 25 years, evaluating, analyzing, planning, and implementing business solutions from start-ups to mid-sized companies with an emphasis on operations and accounting. He leverages his diverse functional experiences to spearhead the company’s growth plan by establishing operational procedures and processes, and subsequently driving the execution.


Focused on balancing growth and innovation, he managed the timing of onboarding talent and refining the roles. His passion is striving for excellence through team development of all divisions, constant objective evaluation, and continuous improvement.
